I’ve become sort of amazing at scouting sales. It’s happening so much, I swear I’m a pro. It’s been a big win for my wallet, but it’s also made me kind of a snob. I now refuse to pay retail. I always say, ” I’ll wait until it’s marked down.” I need to be in love, like I can’t live without it, and I will dream about it every night type of love in order to pay full price. That rarely happens, but when it does, I grab it and head straight to checkout. Often times than not I’m always catching a sale and it’s afforded me some fabulous looks including this one.
I scored this look at one of my favorite stores, Forever 21. I always find so many fly pieces in this store that actually LAST. So many people turn their nose up at Forever 21, but are the first to compliment my look. Once I tell them it’s from Forever, they’re totally shocked. The moral of the story- stop sleeping on Forever. There are some gems inside, including this semi sheer nude crop top.
The top is adorned with silver sequin across the front and sheer in the back. I paired it. with white high waist shorts, which feature side silver buckles. Both pieces were marked more than 50 percent off and it was buy one get one free on all sale items. I paid $10 for the shorts. That’s ridiculously amazing. The price has been slashed and now you’re adding another sale on top of that. Those are moments I live for.
I finished my look with nude Justfab fringe tie up sandals. I also stepped out of my comfort zone and wore a different lipstick. I’m rocking “Vegas Volt” by Mac.
Sweeties, what do you think of this look? Are you a sales chaser? Tell me about it in the comments.
