Style Files: Stop And Smell The Roses

Sweeties,

It’s been two weeks since I first told you that my life was moving a 100 miles a minute.Well, nothing has changed. My life is all kinds of hectic right now, but I’m happy to report I’ve made some adjustments that will ensure I won’t lose my mind from stress.

I’ve carved out more “Me Time.” It’s essential press pause and take a break. Whether it’s something as simple as enjoying a manicure or laying out by the pool, it’s important to make time for yourself.

 

 

All work and no play will have you climbing the walls.

I decided to put myself first. I’m unapologetically choosing me and you should too sometimes. It’s kind of liberating saying no to others and yes to yourself. Try it.

 

 

Finally, I’m treating myself more. Nothing major just simple things like a scoop of ice cream or a solo date to the movie.
