STYLE GUIDE: HAVE FUN WITH YOUR WORK WARDROBE

Who said your work wardrobe had to be boring and stuffy? If you guys have been following me on Twitter then you know I’ve been talking about revamping my work wardrobe.  I recently added colorful blazers, studs, textures, patterned and colored tights.  These upgrades are more of a reflection of me and my personality. I often times here women ask how can I incorporate the real me into my work wardrobe? I think it can be done, but in a tailored way.

Take for instance, this look above I added a bright color blazer. The blazer is tailored and still professional. I paired the blazer with a traditional fabric like tweed. For fun and flare I added a semi-sheer black ruffle blouse. The ruffles are the fun, but again I went with a traditional color.  I added gold accessories and a traditional black  pump with a not so traditional gold platform.
