We first spotted Chris Brown wearing the sweatshirt, last month to the MOCA street art exhibit. He wore the Ice Cream sweatshirt, with khaki shorts, black hat, and sneakers.
Just this week, Justin Bieber wore the same Ice Cream ” Three Servings” sweatshirt to the NBA Finals game.While watching the Mav’s take on the Heat, Bieber wore the BBC Ice Cream sweatshirt with, black jeans and Texas Rangers hat.
I must confess, I don’t think this will be a fair contest since we don’t have a full body shot of Justin Bieber, so I’m going to be neutral in voting. You on the other, vote however you please.

Chris Brown spotted at Bar 7 in DC rocking a pair of Vans 106 in desert camouflage. These shoes were apart of a pack that featured the classic forest camouflage and a desert camouflage pattern with white outer soles. The black shoe strings give it the added touch.
