After a ‘twerking” catastrophe , Miley Cyrus has bounced back in a mighty way. The ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer is the October cover girl for Harper’s Bazaar Magazine. It was rumored the Miley landed a Vogue cover spread, but I guess it was all talk or Anna Wintour said heck NO after that outlandish MTV performance. Hmmmmm…..we may never know.
