Sweeties,
It’s only Tuesday and I’m having a rough week. I’m seriously stressed about a few things going on in my life right now, but my mommy came through and brightened things up for me. I haven’t shared my issues with my mommy at ALL, but she picked up on my down spirit almost 400 miles away. She sent me a text message with the sweetest, yet simple message. Her text read ” I love you” and she added a few smiley faces and hearts. How cute, right? To make things even better she called me this morning to say I love you again and to tell me to have a great day. My mommy never calls me in the morning on a weekday. She knows I’m always rushing to work and wouldn’t have time to talk. I made time for this phone call today. My heart smiled because I know my mother seemingly coincidental call and message was only GOD reassuring me that someone is always in my corner even during the difficult times. Thank GOD for mommies and thank you LORD for especially blessing me with my mommy.
