Rihanna gets tatted up just as much as she changes up her hair style. Rihanna was spotted leaving a Soho tattoo parlor in London Saturday. Coincidentally the new tattoo comes days after a new hair cut. For Rih’s trip to the tattoo parlor she rocked a cut off Acne Heart Sweatshirt, black high waist jeans, and her Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony Mary Ellen booties.

The wine colored sweatshirt features raglan sleeves, ribbed cuffs, hem and neckline. The sweater has the word “HEART” printed across the front in big text. The color combination reminds me of my Alma Mater Tuskegee University. #GoldenTigers

Rih teamed the sweater, which she had altered with black Cigarette style jeans. I’ve been saying I’m going to get me a black high waist jeans, but I haven’t got around to it.

Rihanna also rocked her super cute, I need these in my life, amazingly stylish Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony Mary Ellen Booties. If you recall Rih rocked the leopard print version of the booties two weeks ago.

These lace-up boots debuted in Chloë’s Resort 2011 collection. This time around, the boots have been remade in matte black canvas—but the signature wooden sole remains in tack!

Rih finished the look with that BOMB hair cut, her Gucci USA GG flag collection boston bag , and what appears to be Azealia Banks ‘Young Rapunzel’ lipstick by M.A.C.
