Nicole Richie was absolutely stunning at the  2012 NCLR ALMA Awards on Sunday night. The socialite turned designer  took my breath away in a floor length gown adorned with black and gold sequin embellishments. Nicole opted for a gown made by New York designer Mathieu Mirano. The gorgeous gown was a hit!

Nicole’s dress features a black silk skirt attached to a sheer bodice. The sheer top gives this elegant dress a hint of sexiness.

The Fashion Star host  pulled her hair back in a sleek bun with dramatic smokey eye.  Would you go this bold?

Nicole finished her look with black Yves Saint Laurent pumps and a clutch from her House of Harlow line. Her  pieces are  reasonable priced and super chic.

Nicole’s look is elegant but still edgy. It’s a complete knock out in my book!
