Kelly wore the brightly colored gown during her ‘Summer Dreaming‘ video shoot in Barcelona.The halter neck dress features a front slit and open back. The water colors and bold print gives the gown life.
The songstress had the internet buzzing when she posted a picture of her gown on Instagram a week ago.
Kelly’s lean frame works perfectly for this silhouette.
Kelly finished the look with turquoise pumps, gold chandelier earrings, and a gold cuff.
