If I had to pick a belle of the Presidential Inaugural Ball, other than our illustrious First Lady,  it would definitely be Lala Anthony.  Lala looked amazing in her strapless Zuhair Murad  gown.  The cream colored gown  was adorned with crystal embellishments and the bodice was was cinched to perfection. Lala tweeted how much she loved the back of the gown and I would have to agree.  The back of the gown is where we can see the ombre effect on the small train and sheer hemline. How gorgeous?
